Logo Design
I will produce upto 3 concepts for you to choose from and then numerous revisions with the selected concept.
We will make revisions to the selected concept until you are satisfied with the final design. Our priority will focus on the overall design and not colour palette.
We reserve the right to terminate the design process at any time if we believe that the client is not acting in good faith or is behaving unprofessionally.
Payment is due in full before any design work begins.
No refunds will be given as there is a significant amount of work involved in the initial concept creation process.
You will own the rights to the final logo design, but we reserve the right to use it in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
We are not responsible for any trademark or copyright issues that may arise from the use of the logo. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the logo does not infringe on any existing trademarks or copyrights.
